Prerequisites
If not already done so already, install Arduino software and make basic connections, as described in page for MRMS ESP32: Arduino, IMU, eFuse, BT, WiFi, CAN Bus (mrm-esp32).
Task
Displaying bitmaps in the display.
Connections
Starting from basic connection, enhance the setup with
ML-R 8x8 bicolor display (mrm-8x8).
Program
This display is compatible with Adafruit's "Adafruit Bicolor LED Square Pixel Matrix with I2C Backpack" so can be a drop-in replacement. The same software will work.
